problem launching win-mg3000-1_0-n_mcd.exe

Hi,

I just downloaded win-mg3000-1_0-n_mcd.exe to my windows 7 laptop and tried to "run" the application. A window comes up which is unzipping the file (I didn't realise it was a zipped file in the first place, as it ends in .exe), and a field in the window says something like open file once unzipped. However, after unzipping, the window disappears, but nothing appears in its place. No setup window is launched. I can't find the unzipped folder anywhere. Anyone know what is happening, and how to get the .exe file to run??
