      <title>My Canon Pixma iP2820 prints documents fine but will NOT print attachments sent from individuals</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;My Canon Pixma iP2820 will NOT print attachment documents sent from individuals or organizations. &amp;nbsp;I get a "printer off-line" message. &amp;nbsp;Printing docs from my computer does work normally so it isn't an issue of the printer being off-line or an issue of a bad USB cable. &amp;nbsp;The printer is plugged directly into the wall. &amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers to no effect. &amp;nbsp;I have tried using both control/P and the printer icons as well to attempt printing. &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions welcome.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
