    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;I am attempting to set up a new Pixma TS8020 but after loading ink cartridges, I'm getting an error message:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;140B - "The type of print head is incorrect.&amp;nbsp; Install the correct print head"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Since the printer is new and has never been set up or used, this would seem to be impossible.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have an answer for this issue?&amp;nbsp; I've sent an e-mail to Canon Support and expect they will get back to me in a couple of days but if anyone can help in the meantime, I would appreciate it. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Cheers &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.usa.canon.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
