MG2570 printer not printing bottom border

Hi,

My Canon MG2570 printer can't print the bottom page lborder of my document. The bottom border is set at 24pt from the end of the page. Not sure why it can't be printed when the top border prints fine.

Using Windows 10

Printing on A4 paper

Only the bottom border cant be printed all other content can be printed. Thanks!

Hi realyuhang,

The the PIXMA MG2570 does not have the ability to print borderlessly, so there is an "unprintable area" on pages that are printed.

The bottom margin is 16.7mm

The top margin is 3mm.

i have canon pixma E410 same problem ...i print a normal page but it wont print a small part at bottom of the page ...not printing bottom border .
