    <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer stopped printing in middle of job; when I want to turn printer off, it keeps hanging with message "Ending, please wait awhile". &amp;nbsp;This was &amp;gt; 2 hrs ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Question: shoud I unplug it or disconnect from computer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
