    <description>&lt;P&gt;I only used letter-sized paper in it, but I just changed back to an old HP printer that I hadn't thrown away. &amp;nbsp;I haven't used a printer for months. &amp;nbsp;The HP never had this type of problem, and I contacted you months ago. &amp;nbsp;I don't understand why this was a problem for the Canon. &amp;nbsp;So far, the HP is working fine. &amp;nbsp;I think I was hoping that I could scan with the Canon, but scanning was hard even with the Canon. &amp;nbsp;I have to go to the UPS store every time I have to scan. &amp;nbsp;I'm used to it now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi pattis,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to better assist you, allow me to ask a couple questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What size and type of paper is loaded in the lower cassette?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What size and type is being requested from the computer?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you able to make a photocopy from the lower cassette?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
