    <description>&lt;P&gt;At the end of the driver/Software installation the program hangs up on a screen that says "The printer is being registered in your computer. &amp;nbsp;This process may take some time"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been waiting &amp;nbsp;30 minutes....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any insight appreciated (this is second attempt) &amp;nbsp;Printer works fine, network setup is complete and successful, have printed a sample pic from my iphone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mverrill,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any antivirus, firewall or anti-spyware programs installed on your computer, please temporarily disable them and then attempt to reinstall the printer to see if this will resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; Once the installation is complete, you can re-enable the protection software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still experience difficulty,&amp;nbsp;we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/EmailCF" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; for further assistance.
