      <title>Problems Getting New MX920 to Work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh where to begin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer appears twice in the dropdown menu. Sometimes a black icon opens in the dock. When that happens, it seems to want to print with the printer cable plugged in. Otherwise I get a "Printer not connected" message. Other times I get a gray icon, which seems to signify wireless printing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I tell the difference in the rolldown menu?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Default settings when printing from Chrome are for 4 x 6 or A4 paper, which took a while to figure out why I was getting an upper tray error message. This is annoying if it has to be reset every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when wireless printing starts it does not always finish the job.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's start with these issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
