Pixma MP495 cannot print entire page or black colour ink

Just bought a new original black ink cartridge and it seems that the printer doesn´t like it.
After performing all cleaning tasks, drivers, etc it still doesn´t work.

If I wanna print a word document, the top of the page is missing and it only prints if I use Custom grayscale printing and even that the ink that comes out of it is blue otherwise if I try standard it just comes out a blank page. I can hear it writing but the ink does not come out. Any thoughts?
