Pixma MG3620 not detected

Hi I just had to replace my Pixma MG3122 printer with a Pixma MG3620 and my computer will not detect it. I have Windows 10 and am using the wireless method. The 3122 worked fine until yesterday so needed to replace it. I have tried all of the steps and still it will not work.Any help would be appreciated.
