We are beginning to set up a Pixma pronter but have lost the set up materials and have no idea of the model number. The serial number is (Removed per forum guidelines). how can I follow that number backward to get the exact model number? Thanks for any help.

Hello LucyD0g. We had to remove the serial number you had posted, however the number you mentioned links back to a PIXMA MX922 multifunction printer. You can find more details on this printer here http://Canon.us/fdyv

We hope this helps!
