    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that the sheets are loaded with the content facing up before feeding them through the scanner.&amp;nbsp; If they are face-down, the blank side of the sheets will be scanned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the sheets are loaded correctly, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.       <title>MX 922 scanner suddenly not scanning</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My scanner has been scanning just fine but now the papers feed through the scanner but there is no image on the pages when I open up the scan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
