Printer not printing color

I have a Canon MG 2920 and I have just replaced both ink cartridges. Since replacing the cartridges my printer will no longer print in color. I have checked all printer settings and have cleaned the cartridges. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You verified that all tape os off bottom of cartridge?

Yes, no tape on the bottom. I took it out and double and triple checked. I was hoping that maybe I forgot and it would be an easy solution. Thanks though!

You might try to do a print head cleaning. Which should be located in the "settings" or "tools" section on the printer.
