I am trying to print info from a thumb drive ,which is inserted into my laptop, using my Pixma MX920. When I select print on the screen, a printer page opens up and I am not offered a choice of Legal size paper on the onscreen guidelines for using the printer.

I have inserted legal size paper in the printer but the printout does not have all the info that is shown on my screen.

Does nyone have a suggestion?

This inability to print using legal size paper is really bugging me. As mentioned in previous posts, I want to take info from a thumb drive and print on legal paper. Operating system is Windows 8.

As most of you know there is no choice for "legal" as a size page when one has a chance to select paper size before printing.

I hope someone on this forum can come up with a solution.
