    <description>I know. I thought his text might not be printing because he turned off black. Ignore the text part and see if your printer driver has a similar setting to choose what inks are used. Look at Message 9 in the string.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi John, not sure about this answer you sent me to. &amp;nbsp;That seems to be about a laptop not printing text. &amp;nbsp;I just want to print in blk &amp;amp; white only and then be able to switch back to color printing when needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
