    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the bright orange tape was removed from the top of each ink tank.&amp;nbsp; If the tape is left on the tanks this would keep ink from flowing properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.
