    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just purchased PIXM 922 and completed the setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attached perfectly to my home wireless network. &amp;nbsp;All scanning functions work just fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer is printing using only the PGBK ink cartridge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've loaded ALL the appropriate color cartridges, and each has the Red lamp "ON".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've emailed the support center since they have no weekend phone support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The return email suggested I run the deep clean maintenance function and send them the results page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The results page had output for only the PGBK cartridge. &amp;nbsp;I plan to call tomorrow night, but I was hoping someone on this community board could point me to a setting to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears, other than the lamps RED, the printer is not recognizing the color ink cartridges?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the lengthy post, just trying to supply as much pertinent info as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, in advance, for any help you can provide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>
