      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Having problems trying to scan a document to the PC. Message reads 'Set the PC to start scanning' . Really not sure what this means , can you help please ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have a new Canon Pixma TS6020 and it is the pits! Will not scan, just keeps taking me from screen to screen on the printer itself. Anybody have ideas??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
