The error I get is "Support Code 4102", which goes on to say "The media type & paper size are not set correctly". "Cancel printing". "Refer to manual" (which says that with Photo Paper Plus Glossy II paper size should be set at either 4x6 or 5x7).

What I wanted to do is print the three photos on a single sheet at 3.5x5 inches. The printer will allow me to do this with plain paper.

I'm running Windows 7 Pro.

Using 1 sheet of 8.5x11 Plus Glossy II in the feeder, my Pixma 2800 series printer won't print several 3.5x5 photos on that sheet. With my previous Canon printer, I've never had a problem using this printer option printing to plain paper. What do I need to do?
