    <description>Hello Patrick. After posting the question and more research, I did the cleaning, to no avail. I also took out printer head and attempted to clean manually, per multiple YouTube videos. The c still didn’t print and in addition, neither did the yellow. Seems I made it worse.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I ordered a print head cleaning kit with the syringe to give it one more shot before replacing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But is there an option to purchase a printer head? I don’t see one listed on canons site</description>

      <title>MX922 Printing Wrong Colours</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since I set my printer up on a new network after moving I've had nothing but issues. &amp;nbsp;It took 3 months to get it to accept the wireless network to start with but no matter whether its wireless or wired it still prints the wrong colours. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The two major ones:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Black comes out Blue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Red ends up Green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens whether I try to print in colour or greyscale. &amp;nbsp;I've done all the standard maintenance I could think of from roller cleaning to deep cleaning and all the other options that were available multiple times. &amp;nbsp;I've even replaced the ink cartridges and it still happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womanfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-womanfrustrated" src="https://community.usa.canon.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-frustrated.png" alt="Woman Frustrated" title="Woman Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
