MX 700 -Error code UO43 on new cyan catridge

Hi All,

I have a problem as the MX700 injet printer does not recognise the new cyan cartridge.

I have tried a other new cartridge still no fix.

Tried to reset ink levels as per google guidelines still no fix.

Have removed ink jet nozzle and cleaned it still no fix.

I do not know to try further to fix problem.

Will appreciate any advice.
