Trying to set up my new MX922. When I turn it on I get a message “Support code 5101. Remove the protective material if it is attached to the holder and turn off power and back on.” There is a diagram showing the top open and a bit at the side. I have removed all the protective plastic and tape I can find. I have turned the printer off and on several times but get the same message. Pressing the Menu button does not change it. What should I do now? Is there a place where I could have missed protective material, or a way to get past this message? adTHANKSvance!
