      <title>MX920  Paper needed (upper cassette)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've been printing for 2 months but suddenly after our first ink refill we can't print because the prompt for paper in the upper cassette comes on and won't let us proceed even though we want to print from the lower cassette and not the upper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the&amp;nbsp;MX920 connected wirelessly thru apple airport to a Mac Pro OS 10.11.6 and a MacBook Pro running on 10.12.5.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
