    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI blackberrybriar,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the issue,&amp;nbsp;please remove and reseat the ink tanks and print head in the unit by following the steps shown &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART135105" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, then perform a print head alignment by following the steps shown &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART111233" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Next, please perform at least one&amp;nbsp;cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer by following the steps shown &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART111230" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should the issue continue after following the above recommendations,&amp;nbsp;we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/EmailCF" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; for further assistance.       <title>MG6220 will copy black but will not print black</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled the driver. This fixed the problem the first time this happened. However, the problem started again and reinstalling has not fixed the problem. I've really hated this printer since I got it. One of the worst I have ever owned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
