Can't set percentage Magnification on MX922

The Print Settings menu on my MX922 does not include a function to set the Magnification as a percentage, as detailed in the Online Manual. It only has a few preset magnfications, and not the Legal > Letter function that I need. Device Settings menu reports the firmware is current at version 3.010.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I am using the lower cassette. I need to reduce a legal doc scanned thru the ADF to letter size. The manual says Fit to Page is not available using the ADF. I get the same results with Page Size = Letter or Legal.

Magnification menu selections are as follows:

Same Size

156% 5x7>LTR

183% 4x6>LTR

400% MAX

Fit to Page

100%

25% MIN

94% A4>LTR
