    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi woodside,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the nozzle check pattern prints correctly from the printer, it should look like the image below, including the black grid labled PGBK as shown in (C):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://support.usa.canon.com/library/CANON/CITS_TECH_SUPPORT/Printers/PIXMA/PIXMA%20MG%20Series/PIXMA%20MG7720/nozchk.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the PGBK or black grid section did not display on the printout, please try&amp;nbsp;performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer by following the steps shown &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART162529" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to try and&amp;nbsp;get the ink to print.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the ink still does not print, we&amp;nbsp;ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/EmailCF" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; for further assistance.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a problem with my MG7760 multi function printer not printing any files that have black text or black images. &amp;nbsp;The print test page shows all ink cartridges are printing perfectly. Any resets I can do? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
