Pixma iP4950 only printing blank pages

Canon Pixma iP4950 on a Mac running Lion 10.7.5 will only print blank pages. This started (mysteriously) after creating a new document in Word 2011.

Have cleaned the printer. Have replaced the driver. Have replaced all ink tanks with fresh original Canon ones. Cleaned again.

No ink on pages!

HELP!

Canon USA doesn't support the PIXMA iP4950 directly, however, we recommend making sure you've got the most up-to-date software from the Canon support site. If you've done that and you're still having problems, you'll want to speak with support for further troubleshooting.
