    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Steel. I thought of that same thing but I don't trust ordering used from so far away.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I cleaned my printer head with hot water yesterday. Not a fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I left it unplugged from the power source over night and after plugging it back in, it showed signs of life. The orange lightening bolt was lit up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With the cartridges reloaded today I got a 203B Printer Head error. So I doubted my cleaning technique. And sure enough I didn't get it very clean. This time I disassembed the head and found small dried piece of ink. Im soakinging it in rubbing alcohol. I am getting a lot more ink out&amp;nbsp; of it.&amp;nbsp; 3 hours of soak and rinse and it's still coming out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll post my results tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My MG7520 is getting a red orange triangle with lightening bolt when plugged in. Otherwise no activity, no&amp;nbsp;LCD screen, no power-up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already tried power cycling it multiple times with long waits.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened after the printer was bumped. Maybe is has a shock sensor? Can more diagnostics be read from it via USB? Any way to soft reset the master warning?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get into chat with a technician?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've had this printer for 18 months and the same thing just happened to me. The orange triangle with the lightning bolt comes on when the printer is plugged in. The white light above the power button is on, but the printer is otherwise dead. I haven't used the printer that often in the past year, and just replaced the original ink cartridges last week. It seems like this is a wide spread problem with Canon Pixma printers. I've seen tons of complaints about printers dieing around the year to 2 year mark AFTER the warranty expires. I sure wish I could get into the class action law-suit.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking everywhere for a solution to this very same problem. MG7500 printer only two years old and have the lightning bolt triangle and white light over power button on solid. Tried unplugging and plugging in again with no luck. Paper jam, printer ink etc. This occured straight after main power supply to home was turned off for carry out renovations and a new power board was installed at same time. When turned printer on the above problem commenced. HAS ANYONE GOT A SOLUTION PLEASE. Using another room as suggested is not an option. THANKYOU ANYONE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tried 3 times, waited on hold for hours all told and never got to speak to anyone. No one every responded to emails either. I think the printer is dead and I think you should join the rest of us in never purchasing Canon printers again. I would not have minded the death of the printer nearly as much if they had just admitted it was dead and not continued to waste my time. Worst customer service ever.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think this was just a power supply problem. I think it pops out the bottom of the printer usually and I think it may burn out after a certain amount of time. I am not sure but it looks like it has a circuit board and its easily replaced because it probably goes out after awhile. You can probably just order another one for minimal cost from the manufacturer. I am currently ezperiencing this same problem and I am going to try replacing the power supply adapter because I think its most likely the problem. I am surprised nobody else has mentioned this at all here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I agree with you about canon support. I think replacing the power supply adapter could be an easy fix. I think they just want to try and charge you money. But you can easily fix this and maybe order the part from them.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After cleaning print head and installng carts I got a car error then it said wrong printer head installed Duh.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then it wouldn't power up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I let it set all night then plugged it back in, now I have an orange lighting bolt and computer can't find the printer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Power button does nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish Canon would address this issue. There must be a lot of these in the dump for all the complaints I see online.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I did buy an extended warranty but I'd rather not have to send it in if I don't have to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
