My MX922 printer has worked well for about a year or more, but problems have cropped up this week. One computer on my home network is able to get the printer to print, but printing can take up to several hours to initiate and complete; the other computer reports that the printer is offline or turned off, neither of which is the case.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the printer and printer drivers and have worked through the troubleshooting steps within the operating system - Windows 7.

How should I proceed further to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for any help.
