    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just started having this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i printed over 30 pages about 2 weeks ago, no problem.&amp;nbsp; no printing since then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to print today... absolutely nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i changed out ALL the ink tanks.&amp;nbsp; nothing.&amp;nbsp; could not even get the pattern to print to check for clogging or alignment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could not print from my computer, nor would making a copy directly on the printer work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cleaned and deep cleaned the heads - nothing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried to aligned the print head - nothing printed, so could not align&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advise if there is a solution to this issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;James,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you quote the exact same info to everyone who has this problem, and they respond that it doesn't work. &amp;nbsp;ditto for me... i already did all those things multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then a few who have contacted service have posted that they are requested to take their printer in for repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an inside line, maybe you should contact Canon and find out what the issue is so you are not telling people to do things that are useless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;although i liked my Canon, it may be time to move on to another brand, as this level of "support" is unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-m&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is crazy, multiple customers reporting the same exact problem and the advice is to send the printer in for service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all of the advice in all of these threads and my printer STILL "prints" blank pages.&amp;nbsp; This is a systemic problem across multiple models.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi metolius,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you take the ink out of the printer and reply with the information that you see on the cartridges.&amp;nbsp; Ink number, where they were made and any other information you may see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they are third party&amp;nbsp;cartridges that could be the issue. If they are Canon cartridges and the cleanings and deep cleanings did not work, then there is most likely a issue with the print head.       <description>Mine died the same death following an easy life. The second canon printer that I wanted to love, but that didn't hold up well - thinking of trying Epson as I've heard good things about them. I'm still a devoted Canon photographer though.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my Pixma M7120 was working fine. &amp;nbsp;Printed 2 photos at about 8am, and they were fine. &amp;nbsp;Went to print additional &amp;nbsp;items and the printer went through its process but only shot out blank sheets. &amp;nbsp;Did all of the tests and maintenance indicated on the forums, tried to reset printer, watched several You Tube how to videos. &amp;nbsp;It seems no one has an answer. &amp;nbsp;May be time to switch to a less expensive, more reliable brand that really does have support staff.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
