Windows 7 32bit Canon Pixma E410 driver this program cannot be used in the current operating system?

This is the driver I try to install in my PC with 32bit Windows 7 Ultimate for Canon Pixma E410

Whenever I run the setup it prompt error message "this program cannot be used in the current operating system"

Been facing the same problem. Heaven knows i've looked for a solution but none seems to work. My printer is a week old, haven't had a chance to use it except for wireless printing through my mobile phone
