      <title>Scanned photo thumbnails appearing as a question mark</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canon MP230 scans PDF documents no problem, however when I scan a photo it shows up as a question mark in a grey square (in my image garden). No photo to be found.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried scanning through both My image garden and Canon Quick Menu - I use a Mac.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last scanned photos over 6 months a go with no problem so not sure what I have done!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to find this informationin the manuals or forum that suits my issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any help you can offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
