      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Benman2020,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this issue only occur when making a copy or does it also occur when printing as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue only occurs&amp;nbsp;with the copies, try cleaning the platen glass on the unit to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Addjitionally, perform a bottom plate cleaning.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on Start and then Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Printers and Faxes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Right click the PIXMA MG4220 Printer and left click on Properties.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Maintenance tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Bottom Plate Cleaning button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the prompts to complete the cleaning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once done, attempt to print/copy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactLI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
