You can get it <FONT color="#0000FF"><U><A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mg-series-inkjet/pixma-mg7720" target="_blank">HERE</A></U></FONT>, if you don't. &nbsp;Once you've got the Canon software installed, you'll be able to access the Print Dialog.&nbsp;This is where you'll be able to change the preset to "grayscale."
