    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My Canon printer won't printer. A couple of days ago we had a paper jam (the first one ever!). We cleared the jam. I've tried to print but nothing would happen. I noticed a colour cartrdige needed replacing so that was done. Now we have a 5100 error code.&amp;nbsp; We've tried everything... double checked for paper bits, reinserted the ink cartridge... still the error code remains.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;How do I reset the machine???&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Thank you for your assistance in advance.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However. the technical support steps we would provide a USA model with a 5100 error code may still help.
