    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mutantmike,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try a few printhead cleanings.&amp;nbsp; Please perform the following steps to perform a Cleaning:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Press the MENU button on your PIXMA MX922.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Press the Setup button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Select Maintenance then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Select Cleaning and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Press OK to select Yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cleaning will be performed.&amp;nbsp; After 2 or 3 cleanings, print another test page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the test page print correctly?&amp;nbsp; If not,&amp;nbsp;please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactLI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought a new MX922 2 years ago, loved it! After 9 months a grad got clogged, Canon replaced it but it did not work so Canon sent a refurbished replacement. It worked great until a print this week was purple and I saw the cyan head was clogged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i took the head out and cleaned with warm water now only yellow prints.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so what's the deal? Am I doing something wrong? Should I clean heads monthly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i print 8-12 color 8x10's weekly, I use a lot of color!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 cleanings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 deep cleanings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now it only prints yellow!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have removed the print head and soked it in distilled water with a tiny bit of alcohol overnight, I will test the print head this morning&lt;/P&gt;</description>
