      <description>&lt;P&gt;my pc recognises my printer but gives me an error message on microsoft scan that it can not find my scanner ,I dont know what else to do . when I first installed MS scan it did scan a document ...Im confused &amp;nbsp;HELP PLEASE&lt;/P&gt;</description>
