Canon MG2900 Printing Problems

I just purchased a MG2900 and when printing it will on print the header and nothing esle. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

Hello Aaronhunt79,

It sounds like you may need to clean the print head. You can do so by holding down the STOP button until the ALARM lamp flashes twice, and then release it immediately. The cleaning will be complete when the ON lamp lights after flashing. This takes about 30 seconds.
