    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's ok now, I fixed it. I reinstalled the software again from the CD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now the Scan line is full of options; Auto Scan, Photo Scan, Document Scan, Custom Scan, Scan Settings, Start ScanGear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;IJ Scan Utility seems to be missing from the CD, and cannot download it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Windows Vista Home Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is what the Canon menu looks like on my computer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.filedropper.com/scannerscreenshot" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.filedropper.com/scannerscreenshot&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a new Printer/Scanner which I just connected today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works fine for printing, but I haven't been able to scan with it yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I previously had a HP Printer/Scanner for several years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
