When I print text in black, everything is smuddged. When I change to a colour, the print comes out perfectly. When I print out the test pattern for my Pixma MG7150, all colours are fine. However the PGBK top grid comes out with the central portion smudged. I've tried all the standard maintenance procedures (Deep Cleaning, Print Head Alignment, Bottom Plate Cleaning and Roller Cleaning) all to no avail. Does someone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi JT123,

Thanks for reaching out to Canon USA!

The PIXMA MG7150 is a Canon Europe model that's not supported here in the USA, however it sounds like you might have an issue with either the pigment black ink or print head. We'd suggest reaching out to Canon in your area to confirm and get to the bottom of this.

To reach out to Canon in your area, click HERE, then select your region and then country. Once there, you should be able to find contact information for support.

We hope this helps!
