      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try performing both a black and color copy.&amp;nbsp; Does the same issue occur when both copies are performed?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
