hi my machine was making a very loud noise and then the error signs came on there is no paper stuck either.

Following is quick fix to reduce noise in printer:

Open the printer driver setup window
Click Quiet Settings on the Maintenance tab
Set the quiet mode.Always use quiet mode. Select this option when you wish to reduce the operating noise of the printer
Apply the settings. Make sure that the printer is on and click OK.Click OK when the confirmation message appears.The settings are enabled hereafter.
