Hi...The inner door is closed tight as a drum,, I've powered on and off, but to no avail..the error message continues about the open inner door and I can't print !! Reset button also does nothing...

Try unplugging and letting it sit for an hour or so.

Tried it didn't work I even slammed the door open-closed a dozen times no go
