Hi,

I have a problem with my printer. I will attach 2 pictures to see what it's suppos to print and what it's printing.

I clean the printing head over and over again with hot water and nothing... Anyone can help me ? I don't know what to do. My cartige are full. I've bought another set of cartige (compatible) cartige to test with those cartige, but I'm still wating to recive the packag

Same problem here.

I initially thought it was due to using recycled cartridges. Two complete sets. Then I bought the official Canon set of cartridges and the same problem occurs.

Complete waste of money.

The printer sees the cartridges as full, but it won't print correctly.

Looking through a numer of community / self help sites, this seems to be a bit of a common issue : (
