      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am going through the same problem 'Canon IJ Preview is in operation.' and have spent a whole day trying to fix this problem. I am on Windows 10. I am so frustrated now that I think it will be good to spend 100 dollars on HP or another NON-CANON printer and be done with this problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
