Error Code 9,244,4 - printer does not save any documents once scanned

Hi Everybody!

I've a Pixma MG2450 Printer and I've this problem:

if I try to scan a document using the Canon IJ Scan Utility, once I've scanned and pressed the 'Exit' button,

a Warning comes up and says "You don't have the necessary privileges to access the specified folder".

So that I cannot save the documents scanned. What can I do?

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I also inserted the warning icon, even though in Italian.
