      <title>Printhead Bad on MX922 Printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the error message that my printhead is bad. &amp;nbsp;I read other forums and am not attempting to remove the printhead from the printer but cannot figure out how to do that. &amp;nbsp;Have the ink pulled but cannot find the release bar for the printhead. &amp;nbsp;Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Your suport group determined that the printer needed to be replaced. I was very disappointed. I had the printer only two years.</description>
