I have a canon mX892. I have an error code U052 that I cannot fix.

My printer has worked fine with no issues. I have a error code U052 regarding the print head. I have followed all the online suggestions but still not working. Any other suggestions??

I called Canon and a new print head is $89.90 +$7.00 shipping and can be ordered by calling 866-481-2569. I found their tech support was clueless!!!!
