    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using windows 8.1. My printer is displaying "printer offline" status and it clearly is not. I have checked to see if it the "use printer offline" mode was checked and it is unchecked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded and installed the recommended drivers according to your support site. This was able to happen and the printer was recognized.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged and plugged, powered on, powered off. Not sure where to go from here. Unsure if I have the software CD anymore if it is necessary. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
