    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I bought a brand new Canon Pixma MG5650 printer today. Connected the printer to the computer, installed the software from the CD. It doesn't print. Managed to copy and scan with it but it doesn't recognise the PC print command. My printer is in the Error State. No other explanation given on screen, nor is there any messages displayed on the printer.&lt;BR /&gt;After 2 hours of downloading a newer driver version for Windows 10 and having torn out half my hair, I have deleted all downloaded components and started again. The big moment came, print command executed, the printer is still in error state. I am on the other hand a nervous wreck. Can you help? Regards. Judith&lt;/P&gt;</description>
